Wedding Day Coordination ideal for natural organizers who up until now have not let a detail escape them but need an extra set of eyes to supervise on the day when they need to think about… getting married!! This consists of making sure that everything runs smoothly and that you can enjoy your day stress free knowing that any unforeseen issues will be handled. One of our wedding managers will be present on site for the entire event to manage the schedule, the catering, the suppliers and the guests, ensuring that everything proceeds as planned and evaluating the best strategy to resolve possible issues or mishaps. Just contact us ¾ weeks before the event and we will be your alter ego.
Wedding Check Up consists of one or more consultations of 2 hours each with one of our wedding planners to give you professional support in those areas in which you don’t feel completely secure and perhaps need advice or supervision. You may need guidance on choosing the theme or style of the wedding, for example, or advice on how to manage your meetings with suppliers, how to save costs, organize the budget or even how to walk up the aisle…
