Concept &

What is your overarching theme? You might like the idea of Country Chic or Island Boho (yes, we use Pinterest too!) We can navigate you through the whole set of wedding elements to make sure it all binds together.



Few things are more important than the location itself. You want to make sure you get the best service for your guests- having a fabulous view over the ocean or the Tuscany fields is not good enough! We run the selection criteria for you and make sure any location- from a farm in the countryside to a minimalist loft in a charming urban setting- can match your requirements.

We have a reputation for comprising mind-blowing food menus, indulging wine lists and some mean tailored made cocktails. You just let us know what you like and allow us to delight you.


Photography &

We work with award-winning crews that offer a variety of packages. Whether you prefer detailed shots that capture a delicate moment, or have always dreamt of starring in your own video clip, our specialists are the best. Do not be surprised if your wedding features in a lifestyle magazine (always with your consent!)


Music &

A quartet playing ‘Por una cabeza’ while you walk the isle? A dj rocking techno charts? An Indie band? Just name it. We have arranged all of these for our customers- and we are always up for a new challenge. Music is a fundamental element of your special day and one that should not be left at chance.



Nothing can create the atmosphere better than a glorious flower arrangement. See ‘Wedding Concept and Design’ ; or, just tell us what type of bridal bouquet you’d like and we will do the rest.

Documentation for religious and civil ceremonies

We support you in finding the church or the town hall. We also assist in filling in the required paperwork.


Guest Services, Transfers and Travel

Your Australian best mate has accepted your wedding invite. That’s great! He is coming with his wife, 4 children, the nanny and mother-in-law. No problem! We can arrange accommodation, pick-up and travel services and even arrange a  guided tour for them.



Keep control of the final number of guests arriving with our bespoke RSVP service. You give us the list of invitees, we return a list of attendees. Problem solved.


Hair &
Make up

We arrange make-up and hairstyling for the bride, maids of honour and special guests. You looking and feeling gorgeous is our priority.



Sweet memories linger for longer with a package of sugar coated almonds. Let your guests re-live the love with our lovingly made selection of wedding favours.



Foreign guests? Far location? We will take care about this and make sure that your guest will get healthy and safe at the reception ready to enjoy the party

Event Planner All Inclusive

This comprehensive 360° service starts with setting the stylistic and creative direction of the event. We project-manage everything through the various implementation phases: organize your budget and schedule, choose the right suppliers for you and organize tastings, proofing sessions and meetings with a variety of partners. We guide you through a number of options so that you can make the best choice and save money and time. We will be looking after you for about a year, up until the cutting of the cake!

Event Planner Tailor Made

Have you already set everything? Do you just want to add a touch of originality or receive specialist advice?
We can take over and create a breath-taking experience for you and your guests. By adding unique touches that will make your special day an unforgettable event or simply own elements of the wedding to ensure all is under control.

Event Planner One Day

Ideal for our customers who have everything planned to the last detail, but are keen to be carefree during the day. One of our wedding managers will be present on site for the entire event to manage the schedule, all the suppliers and guests’ enquiries. We are project managers with strong problem solving skills and results driven attitude- just put us to work, sit back, relax and enjoy your special day!

Event Planner Consultant

For all the hands-on couples who have organized the majority already, but need some specialist advice on a topic or two- this package is for you! Some of our customers choose to have just one or more, if needed, 2-hour consultation sessions. Popular topics include travel advise, cost saving consultations and paperwork. One of our favorite brides asked us to arrange walking & posture training: nothing you ask is a stretch for us.

Deco, Art & Design

We can bring any idea to life by masterfully combining the designs of all collateral material and the flower arrangements to match and complement your theme. From the venue or church decoration and table setting, to the bridal bouquet, the corsages and boutonnieres, even your wedding cake, we orchestrate everything to match your idea. We only work with the best suppliers and offer you a wide price range for all budgets.
